IRPS Delivery Pathways

The Infrastructure Investment Readiness for Public Sector (IRPS) is a bespoke programme that consist of a mix of virtual and in-person workshops.

The programme can be delivered as any of the following routes:

Public Sector Greenfield Projects

IRPS can be delivered for a Public Sector Greenfield (New) Project to attract a specific Greenfiled Infrastructure Asset that is a keen interest in Infrastructure Investment Readiness.

This would mean the IRPS would be designed to provide strategic, customized advice so they can make informed decisions in determining the Investment Readiness of their projects within the same Infrastructure Sector

Pubic Sector Projects seeking Commercialization

IRPS can be delivered as a Public Sector programme for a specific operational project corridor or sector that is of keen interest to the Government, State or Municipal

This would mean the IPPS would be designed to provide strategic, customized advice so they can make informed decisions in determining an Investment plan for their PPP program, the choice of public investment vis-à-vis PPP, and the type of PPP.
