ESIIR Delivery Pathways
The Early Stage Infrastructure Readiness (ESIIR) is a bespoke programme that consist of a mix of virtual and in-person workshops.
The programme can be delivered as any of the following routes:
Project Developer
ESIIR can be delivered specificly to an early-stage developer
The enrollment is done with the core corporate Project Team (or Special Purpose Vehicle) made up of five to eight people in the project team and could be of a specific project in energy, transport, or any other sector of Infrastructure.
Private Sector Ecosystem
ESIIR can be delivered as a Private Sector Ecosystem backed programme for a specific Private Sector Community that is a keen interest in Early State Infrastructure Investment Readiness.
This would mean the ESIIR would be designed to provide strategic, customized advice to a select Private Sector Community so they can make informed decisions in determining the Investment Readiness of their projects within the same Infrastructure Sector
Pubic Sector Project
ESIIR can be delivered as a Public Sector programme for a specific project corridor or sector that is of keen interest to the Government, State or Municipal
This would mean the ESIIR would be designed to provide strategic, customized advice to a select Public Sector Portfolio of Projects so they can make informed decisions in determining an Investment plan for their PPP program, the choice of public investment vis-à-vis PPP, and the type of PPP.
