APSIF Delivery Pathways
The APSIF is a bespoke programme that consist of a mix of virtual and in-person workshops.
The programme can be delivered as any of the following routes
Open Masterclass
APSIF can be delivered as a Open Masterclass programme for Infrastrucure Public Sector officer.
The African Catalyst would run these Programme Twice (2) in a year in Lagos and other African Cities
The objective would be to gather various Public Sector Officer interested in Infrastructure Project Delivery and Facilitating
Sponsored Programme
APSIF can be delivered as a Sponsor backed programme for a specific Government Agency that is a keen interest for commercial awareness in the Infrastructure Delivery and Facilitation
This would would mean the APSIF would be slightly adjusted with Case Studies to provide strategic, customized advice to a select Government Agency so they can make informed decisions in determining the Investment Readiness of their projects within the same Infrastructrue Sector
Pubic Sector Project
APSIF can be delivered as a Public Sector backed programme for a specific project corridor or sector that is of keen interest to the Government, State or Municipal
This would would mean the APSIF would be designed to provide strategic, customized advice to a select Public Sector Portfolio of Projects so they can make informed decisions in facilitating an Investment plan for their Project
