Introduction 

• Ghana, a nation with rich natural resources, history and promising future, stands at a critical juncture in its development trajectory. Despite strides in various sectors, the country continues to grapple with significant infrastructure deficiencies that impede economic growth, hinder social progress, and limit opportunities for its citizens. From inadequate roads and unreliable power supply to limited access to clean water and sanitation, Ghana's infrastructure gap poses multifaceted challenges that require urgent attention and innovative solutions. However, addressing these issues is not without its complexities, particularly concerning funding constraints and resource mobilization.

• The acute shortage of raw materials and intermediate inputs needed in the manufacturing sector due to the travel restrictions (air, water and land) will be discussed and the need to develop and resort to local raw materials sources. Lastly, how to devise innovative work from home technological means for the manufacturing and logistics sector.

• Investing in Human Capital: Building local capacity in project planning, implementation, and management is crucial for ensuring the sustainability and success of infrastructure initiatives. Investing in education, skills training, and technology transfer will empower Ghanaian professionals to drive infrastructure projects forward and maximize their impact.
