As the need for investment in infrastructure continues to grow, private sector financing for infrastructure projects has developed around the world. Given the long-term growth and (potentially) low correlation aspects of infrastructure investments, Institutional Portfolio Managers such as sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and asset managers have also shown interest in increasing their exposure to this area, along with their move into alternative assets. 

The course Infrastructure Assets in Institutional Portfolios is created to as a capacity building programme for Traditional Institutional Portfolio Managers enhance the knowledge and confidence in making investments into Infrastructure

The IAIP is a bespoke programme that consist of a mix of virtual and in-person workshops.

The programme can be delivered as any of the following routes

Open Masterclass

IAIP can be delivered as a Open Masterclass programme for Institutional Portfolio Managers

The African Catalyst would run these Programme Twice (2) in a year in Lagos and other African Cities

The objective would be to gather various Institutional Portfolio Managers interested in Infrastructure Project Investing

 

 

 

Sponsored Programme

IAIP can be delivered as a Sponsor backed programme for a specific Pension Fund Association that is a keen interest for commercial awareness in the Infrastructure Investing 

The Project Sponsor would be profiled as a headline sponsor in the Programme

Project Specific

IAIP can be delivered as a Proejct Specific programme for a specific project corridor or sector that is of keen interest to the Institutional Portfolio Managers such as sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and asset managers

This would would mean the IAIP would be customized to make informed decisions in facilitating an Investment plan for their Project
