The 4th Senegal International Real Estate, Housing & Construction Exhibition & Conference (SENHABITAT 2022) will take place from 20-22 October 2022, at the King Fahd Palace Hotel and CICAD in Dakar, Republic of Senegal. The event is organized by AME Trade Ltd under the aegis of the Ministry of Urban Planning, Housing and Public Hygiene of the Republic of Senegal.

SENHABITAT is an established event, part of Senegal’s republican agenda, is attended at the highest level and guarantees the presence of serious investors and wide media coverage that benefits all participants.

SENHABITAT is already in its fourth edition. The event was regularly inaugurated either by His Excellency Macky SALL, President of the Republic, or by the Prime Minister. The first edition recorded the participation of the Executive Director of UN-Habitat.

SENHABITAT, during these three previous editions, brought together the Ministers of Housing from Senegal, Morocco, Mali, Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina, Niger, Togo and Gambia.

SENHABITAT is, therefore a regional event, where you can expand your business network across North and West Africa.
